Returns & Refund Policy

Return of saleable goods

The customer can return goods regardless of the reason, within 7 days after receiving the product, only with the prior permission of AGROFLEX (PTY) LTD.  (t/a AGROFLEX AGRI). Subject to such permission being granted by AGROFLEX (PTY) LTD.  (t/a AGROFLEX AGRI), all re-saleable catalogue items may be returned for full credit.
 
 
AGROFLEX (PTY) LTD.  (t/a AGROFLEX AGRI) will not accept any products returned after 7 days from the date of receipt unless such product is defective.
 
 Defective goods may only be returned after authorization has been granted by 
AGROFLEX (PTY) LTD.  (t/a AGROFLEX AGRI). All return requests must be logged via e-mail at info@agroflexagri.com

Returning a product with a minor fault

If your product has developed a minor fault, you can contact our customer support team either on 
 
+27 (0) 16 110 0189 or by e-mail at info@agroflexagri.com  and we will discuss the options with you. Depending on the nature of the fault we may offer you a replacement a repair option or a full or partial refund.

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your Invoice Document as confirmation.

Late Orders and Shipping Refunds

If your order does not arrive within 7 days or within the timeframe of the selected delivery service, you can contact us directly for details of your order shipment.

We aim to deliver your product to you within 3 -5 business days, our standard delivery normally delivers within 3 -5 business days. Deliveries may sometimes take longer. For all faulty items returned within 7 days AGROFLEX (PTY) LTD.  (t/a AGROFLEX AGRI) will arrange for the collection of the goods.
