Costs

The price of each product is displayed with the product. Value-added tax at the prevailing rate is charged on goods bought.

Inspection of goods

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is an accountable person at the delivery address to inspect and sign for the goods. We cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods have been fitted, and assembled or if the Customer has had the goods in his/her possession for more than 7 (seven) days. Please ensure that you keep the original packaging in case you have any reason to return your purchases to AGROFLEX (PTY) LTD. (t/a AGROFLEX AGRI).

Agreements of Sale

Placing an item in a cart without completing the purchase cycle does not:

constitute an agreement of sale between AGROFLEX (PTY) LTD. (t/a AGROFLEX AGRI) and Customers cannot hold limited liable if such items are not in stock;
stock when the purchase cycle is completed later; and/or
Constitute an order for such an item; and
AGROFLEX (PTY) LTD. (t/a AGROFLEX AGRI) may remove such an item from the shopping cart if no stock is available.

AGROFLEX (PTY) LTD. (t/a AGROFLEX AGRI):

Reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons.
Reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part.
shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. However, should an error occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, AGROFLEX (PTY) LTD. (t/a AGROFLEX AGRI) will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid.

Stock Availability
